Refunds and Cancellations

CourseWizz retains the right to adjust or cancel any scheduled course, and will notify the participant in writing via email if such changes occur. The following circumstances may necessitate these changes:

Course Adjustment/Cancellations by CourseWizz:

  • Insufficient enrolment numbers (less than 5 participants)
  • Unavailability of the Trainer due to health or personal matters
  • Any other unforeseen circumstances that prevent CourseWizz from conducting the classes

In any of these scenarios, CourseWizz will communicate with the customer as soon as possible, allowing the customer to:

  • Select a different date for the same course OR
  • Apply for a refund

Course Cancellation by the Participant:

If a participant has fully paid for the training and needs to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, the following conditions apply: The participant must submit a written notice detailing:

  • The Course Name and Full Date
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Select a different date OR
  • Apply for a refund

If the cancellation notice is received at least 7 working days prior to the course, a full refund will be granted. If the notice is received less than 7 working days before the course, no refund will be given, and the participant's only option will be to select a different date for the course.

Once a timely cancellation has been made, a refund will be processed to the original payment method and will be credited within 15 working days.
